PLANNING
We fully assist our customers, mainly automatic machines OEM’s, by offering design consultancy, both on the electric point of view (helping to choose the components, drafting the full list of elements, supplying electric scheme design) and the software point of view (PLC, HMI, MOTION, SCADA, SAFETY programs writing).
We take care of the machine pre-testing at the manufacturer’s premises, and, if required, we take care also of the final testing at the end users’ sites
In order to guarantee a complete service, willing to meet all the needs and specific requests of each single customer, we offer the possibility to supply a turn-key service, therefore providing the electrical cabinet and the board machine panel, already included in the engineering package
SERVICE
We supply complete assistance to those customers using automatic machines for their production, including already existent and working machines. We can carry out planned modifications, either concerning the electrical side, and the functioning software.
We can intervene to solve unexpected anomalies causing the machine downtime, thus limiting the production stop time, detecting and solving problems related to pre-installed software programs
TRAINING
We conduct integrated teaching sessions, either at our headquarters or at our customers, to bring our KNOW HOW to the technicians who, for different reasons, begin to approach the automation world, or perhaps still don’t have much affinity with the aspects of MOTION CONTROL and the movements of coordinated axes.
